Vinyasa yoga involves taking one breath for each different posture. There are the salutations to the Sun or Moon in which breathing exercises are performed. The essential part of this form of yoga is that each posture or sequence of postures has to be synchronized with the person’s breath. People love anything with power, and a good example of yoga with power is ashtanga yoga, which is rapidly becoming very popular among serious yoga followers. You may be surprised to know that it is practiced by many people including athletes as well as anybody that wants to become strong and have better stamina.
