Vinyasa Yoga is All about Breathing and Movement

Vinyasa yoga involves taking one breath for each different posture. There are the salutations to the Sun or Moon in which breathing exercises are performed. The essential part of this form of yoga is that each posture or sequence of postures has to be synchronized with the person’s breath.
